You've been reading the "After the Workshop" series over at After the MFA, right? Part one is the introduction, in which it is assumed that you've stepped away from workshop haterade and none of your fellow participants or your moderator has issues that would require a special two-part Maury. Part two explores the idea of how to use overall workshop comments to identify hot spots in your story, and part three deals with separating comment signal from comment noise. All in all, good stuff that I would print out and force upon anyone who's considering ANY sort of writing workshop, MFA or no.
I'm looking forward to the next part, which will deal with networking, because I have always sucked at that mightily -- and I'd like to fix that, at least a little, before I go to this in August.
